Who we are.

ALR Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") runs this website. We're an independently owned and operated GEICO Exclusive Agency led by John Ratliff, located at 7011 Fayetteville Rd., Unit 103-B, Durham, NC 27713. Below is a plain accounting of what information reaches us through this site and through our office, what we do with it, and the choices you have about it.

Information collected on this website.

This is an informational site. There's nothing to log into, no account to create, and no form here that asks for your personal details. We don't run advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no tracking pixels on these pages.

Two kinds of technical data are still generated automatically, the way they are on nearly any website:

• Hosting logs. Vercel, which hosts this site, keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Those logs exist for operations and security, and that's what we use them for.
• Web fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a font request that includes your IP address. How Google treats that request is covered by Google's privacy policy.

None of this gets sold, and none of it gets handed to anyone for marketing.

Quote requests.

Every quote button on this site points to sales.geico.com, which is GEICO's own secure quote system. Whatever you type there, from your name and address to your license and vehicle details, goes to GEICO and is governed by GEICO's privacy policy rather than this one. Because we're the servicing agency for quotes started through our links, GEICO may pass that information to us so we can help you finish the quote and take care of the policy afterward.

Information you give us directly.

If you call, text, email, or stop by the office, we collect what's needed to actually help: your name, how to reach you, and the details an insurance quote or policy change requires. That information is used to respond to you, prepare quotes, service policies, and satisfy the recordkeeping rules that apply to a licensed insurance agency.

SMS and text messaging.

How we share information.

Personal information leaves our office only when the job requires it:

• GEICO and affiliated underwriters, so quotes can be prepared and policies issued and serviced.
• Service providers handling basic infrastructure for us, like website hosting and text delivery. They're permitted to use the information solely to provide those services.
• Legal requirements. Disclosures happen when a law, regulation, subpoena, or state insurance regulator requires them.

We do not sell your personal information, and no third party gets it for their own marketing.

Data retention.

Customer records stay with us as long as servicing your policy and state insurance recordkeeping rules require. Hosting logs live only as long as Vercel keeps them for operations and security.

Security.

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Inside the office, records are available only to the staff who need them to serve you. No storage or transmission method is airtight, but protecting what's in our care is part of the job and we treat it that way.

Your choices and rights.

• Ask us anytime what information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted. Insurance regulations force us to keep certain records even after a deletion request.
• Reply STOP to any text from our office and the texting stops.
• Your state of residence may give you additional privacy rights, and we honor applicable requests made through the contact information below.

Children.

Nothing on this site is aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy.

Updates to this policy get posted right here, with the "Last updated" date revised to match. Any material change to how we handle SMS consent or personal information appears on this page before it takes effect.
